Wilmer Cisneros

Wilmer Cisneros has extensive experience in technology consulting and software development, currently serving as a Technological Consultant and Advisor at Banco de Venezuela, Banco Fondo Común, and Banco Plaza since June 2016, where responsibilities include leading high-impact technology projects and designing an Internet Banking platform using microservices. As the CEO of Graca Consultores C.A. since 2002, Wilmer oversees operations and provides software solutions for the telecommunications and banking industries. Previous roles include Country Manager at Win Systems International, where real-time software systems for online gaming were developed across multiple countries, and a Senior Software Developer at GSE Systems, where Wilmer contributed to the Motorola MOSCAD RTU driver. Wilmer began a career in software development at AETI C.A. and holds a Systems Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre'.
