Theo Rock

Theo Rock has extensive work experience in the engineering and maintenance field. Theo currently holds the position of Director Of Engineering at Grace Bay Resorts, where they are responsible for overseeing all facilities and projects at the resort. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Engineer at Palm Heights Hotel, where they managed maintenance activities and collaborated with the hotel management team. Theo also held the role of Engineering Manager at Sandals Resorts International, where they led a team and conducted quality assurance inspections. Earlier in their career, Theo worked as an Air Condition and Refrigeration Supervisor at Myrt Mac and as a Refrigeration and Air Condition Technician at Almond Beach Club.

Theo Rock is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies at The University of the West Indies, starting in 2021. Prior to this, Theo attended the Barbados Institute of Management and Productivity, where they studied Supervisory Management. Additionally, Theo has attended the Barbados Vocational Training School for Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician. Theo also studied Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Samuel Jackman Institute of Technology. Lastly, Theo furthered their education in Leadership/Management Level 3 at the Technical & Vocational Educational & Training school.
