Mark MacDonald

Mark MacDonald is an experienced leader with a diverse background in both ministry and business. Currently serving as Executive Pastor at Grace Chapel since 2019, Mark provides strategic and operational leadership for the church's staff and ministries while overseeing pastoral ministry. Previously, as President and CEO of Hero K12 from 2013 to 2018, Mark led the transformation of educational environments through an innovative cloud-based platform. Mark's extensive tenure at Brady Corporation spanning from 1992 to 2013 included roles such as Global Business Unit Director, Director of Sales, and Marketing Category Manager, contributing significantly to growth and integration strategies. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
