Zachary Schmitt currently serves as the Pastor of NXT Gen Ministries at Grace Church since June 2019, following a role as Director of Student Ministries at Oakwood Community Church from 2018 to June 2019. Zachary has extensive experience in project management and training through previous positions at Paycom as a Transition Specialist, where project management and implementation of payroll software were key responsibilities, and at Wells Fargo, where Zachary advanced from Bank Teller to Personal Banker, delivering financial advice to clients and achieving notable sales results. Academic qualifications include a Master of Theological Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and a Bachelor’s Degree in Relational Communications from Crown College.
