Dwayne Baughman

Dwayne Baughman is currently the IT Manager at Grace Church of Greater Akron; Bath Campus since November 2017. Prior to this role, Dwayne held various positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company for over 16 years, including Global Manager, Manufacturing IT, Team Leader for Global Manufacturing Systems and Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Coordinator for North America. Dwayne developed 5 year infrastructure plans for each of the North America manufacturing facilities during their time at Goodyear. Dwayne also served as IT Team Leader, overseeing Systems Administrators (Unix, Windows, AS400) and Storage & Backups Administrators. Dwayne graduated from The University of Akron in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Technology.
