Billy Heidt

Billy Heidt is a Co-Founder and Partner at Grace Court Partners, which focuses on acquiring and operating a single business. With experience in strategy consulting for various startups, Billy has developed go-to-market strategies and operational infrastructures, including a notable project for a Series C restaurant and ecommerce company addressing food injustice. Previously, Billy held roles in strategic finance at Nuro, focusing on self-driving vehicles for local transportation, and in corporate growth at Zume Inc., handling go-to-market strategies and product incubation. As a Venture Fellow at Green D Ventures, Billy supported Dartmouth alumni-led startups through capital investment. Early career experience includes investment banking at Nomura, with expertise in M&A, leveraged buyouts, and equity capital raises. Billy holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Dartmouth College and a degree in International Relations & Global Markets from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
