Pat Douglas

Pat Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and sectors. They began their career in 1985 as the Deputy Director of the Southeast Area at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. From 1991 to 1992, they worked as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Senator Bob Kasten, advising on various policy areas. In 1992, they became the Legislative Director for U.S. Senator Judd Gregg, overseeing legislative operations. In 1993, Pat became the President and CEO of Winner In "U", Inc., leading strategic planning and staff development programs. In 2003, they joined Duke University Health System as the Director of Operations/Chief of Staff of Duke Health Technology Solutions, where they led various initiatives resulting in recognition as one of the 100 Best Places to work in IT. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Technology Planning & Implementation of Information and Technology Services at McKesson Specialty Health, responsible for training, communication, and workflow enhancements. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Chief of Staff at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Inc., a leading healthcare technology and services provider. They are currently the Director of Business and Customer Accounts at Grace Federal Solutions, LLC.

Pat Douglas has pursued education at three different institutions. They enrolled at Southeastern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management & B.S. Public Administration. Later on, they attended Harvard University and studied Strategies for the Evolving Health Care Marketplace.
