Stephanie Anderson

Stephanie Anderson has extensive work experience in the rental housing industry. Stephanie worked at the National Apartment Association as an NAAEI Faculty Instructor and later became the Industry Operations Manager. At Seint, they served as a Level IV Artist. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Director at Grace Hill, where they focused on communication, social media, and content strategy. In addition, they were a Fashion Consultant and owner at LuLaRoe with The Anderson's. Stephanie's experience also includes roles as a Regional Property Manager at Drucker + Falk, LLC, Director of Organizational Development at The Franklin Johnston Group, Senior Property Manager at Management Services Corporation, Assistant Property Manager at Gumenick Properties, and Sales Agent/Assistant Property Manager at UDR. Stephanie also achieved the designation of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association in 2011 and earned the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification from the National Apartment Association Education Institute in 2013.
