Jennifer Blankenship, CAS has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jennifer is currently working at Grace Hill as the Vice President of Support Services, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to Gables Residential, Jennifer worked as a Community Manager at JPI Companies from September 1995 to June 1998, where they surpassed the budgeted net income projection by $70,000 during their first year in the role. Their earliest recorded role was as a Leasing Consultant at Edward Rose Of Indiana from June 1994 to September 1995.

Jennifer Blankenship, CAS completed their Bachelor of Music Education (BME) degree with a focus on Music Education at Indiana University Bloomington. Jennifer attended the university from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has pursued further education and obtained two certifications. In 2007, they became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) through The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. Furthermore, in 2016, they obtained the Certified Apartment Supplier (CAS) certification from the National Apartment Association.
