Kendall Pretzer

Kendall Pretzer has extensive experience in leadership and operations within the real estate and property management sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Grace Hill since October 2018, Kendall previously held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at the same company. Since January 2016, Kendall has also acted as a Consultant for Global Apartment Advisors (GAA). Prior to these positions, Kendall was the Owner/Founder of the Strategic Solution, an operations support company specializing in policy and procedure manuals, from September 2000 to October 2018. Kendall's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Regional Manager for Gables Residential and Operations Manager at Archstone, along with national training responsibilities in various positions at Gables Residential and Trammell Crow Residential. Kendall holds a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
