Luis Razo

Luis Razo, CAM, is an experienced professional in customer success and community management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Grace Hill since February 2021, Luis previously held the position of Account Manager. Prior to this role, Luis worked at Greystar as a Community Manager and at B&M Management Co as both Community Director and Assistant Community Director. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Community Manager at The Michelson Organization and as a Sales Associate at Phoenix Roze. Luis began a career in retail as an Assistant Manager at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from August 2008 to December 2013.
