Lyn Whittinghill

Lyn Whittinghill has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. They most recently worked as a PolicyPartner Policy Analyst at Grace Hill, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Lyn was an Advisory Council Member at Project Transformation Tennessee starting in September 2021. Earlier in 2021, they were an Advisory Board Member at Imagination Library of Montgomery County.

Before these positions, Lyn worked at Cortland Partners for several years. They held various roles, including New Development Operations Support Manager from August 2017 to April 2020, Associate of Pursuit & Transition from March 2016 to February 2020, Transition & Sales Performance Specialist from November 2014 to March 2016, and Community Manager from March 2012 to December 2014.

Prior to their time at Cortland Partners, Lyn worked as a Community Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes from January 2003 to March 2012.

Lyn Whittinghill holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Concord University. Additionally, they have pursued studies in Sociology and Religious Studies at Austin Peay State University. They have also engaged in further studies in the field of Sociology at The University of Georgia.
