Petronella Gathu

Petronella Gathu currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs at Grace International Education and Migration since July 2022. Previously, Petronella held leadership roles as Team Leader at Mimea Farm Produce (Ltd) from March 2020 to June 2022, and as Team Leader of Training and Development at AMEDEO CONSULTING LTD from March 2017 to December 2019. At Thika High School, from January 2009 to December 2016, Petronella was instrumental in increasing student enrollment in Business Studies by 75% and improving the average score. In the Guidance and Counselling department, Petronella established new mentorship programs and student support structures. Additionally, Petronella contributed to the Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association as an author and editor for the Student Leaders Training Manual and served as Board Chairperson at Providence Academy, where the school's performance significantly improved. Petronella holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Pan African Christian University and a Diploma in Education Management from the Kenya Education Management Institute.
