Damien la Caze

Damien La Caze has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Director - Sales, Performance & Learning at Grace Loves Lace in 2023. Prior to that, they served as Director, Retail Performance & Learning - West Coast at Louis Vuitton from 2020 to 2023. From 2015 to 2020, Damien worked as a Leadership Coach at the in-flu-ence institute. Before that, they held various roles at True Alliance, including Group General Manager (VP) - Fashion Brands, General Manager for Nautica, Lacoste, Chantelle, and Passionata, and Brand Director for Nautica and Lacoste. Damien began their career at Ralph Lauren, where they worked as a Merchandise Director, Senior Director of the Wholesale Division, Director of the Wholesale Division for Menswear, and a Retail Store Manager.

Damien La Caze pursued their education chronologically, beginning in 1995 when they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Damien completed their Bachelor of Social Science degree in Psychology in 1997. Following a significant gap in their educational pursuits, La Caze resumed their studies in 2014 at The University of Sydney Business School. Damien obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from this institution in 2017.
