Deb Leslie

Deb Leslie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fund development and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Fund Development Specialist at Grace Lutheran Communities since October 2021, Deb engages in community grant programs to support residents. Previously, Deb held various key positions at Workforce Resource Inc., including Chief Executive Officer, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, strategic planning, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve program goals. Deb also served as Chief Operations Officer and was involved in business services for the organization. Additionally, Deb contributed as an Adjunct Instructor at Chippewa Valley Technical College. Educationally, Deb holds a Master's degree in Education & Professional Development from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
