Heather Adams

Heather Adams has extensive work experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the senior living industry. Heather was the Director of Sales Marketing at Grace Management, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Compassmark Realty as a Real Estate Broker Associate since 2016. At Compassmark Realty, they specialized in marketing and selling senior real estate and received awards for their performance. Heather also held various roles at Civitas Senior Living, including Regional Director of Sales and Marketing and National Sales Specialist. Heather was the Director of Sales & Marketing at Watercrest Senior Living Group and HarborChase of The Villages Crossing. Earlier in their career, they worked at A Place for Mom as a Healthcare Account Representative, where they achieved outstanding sales performance. Heather's experience also includes being the CEO of Adams & Associates Medical Billing Inc., a medical billing and consultant company that they founded in 2005.

Heather Adams has pursued education and certifications in the real estate and insurance industries. In 2016, they attended the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate, focusing on real estate sales associate. After completing their studies, they obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist certification from the National Association of REALTORS® in December 2016. In 2018, Heather expanded their knowledge by enrolling at Real Estate Express and acquiring the Broker FREC 2 degree, specializing in real estate brokerage. Additionally, they attended the Florida School of Insurance to gain expertise as a 2-14 Life and Variable Annuity Insurance Agent. In December 2018, they obtained the 2-14 Life & Variable Annuity Insurance Agent certification from the Florida Department of Financial Services. Later, in October 2019, Heather attained the certificate of Real Estate Broker Associate from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
