Kymm Clark

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kymm Clark directs and manages all sales and marketing functions for Grace Management, Inc. and supports the regional sales and marketing teams serving all Grace communities. Kymm is a strategist backed with over 20 years of experience in building, training and developing high-performance sales and marketing teams in a variety of senior housing types. Prior to joining Grace Management, Inc., she was Director of Learning and Development with CSIG Holding Company, Inc. where she developed, designed, and executed a comprehensive sales training platform for the organization’s senior living sector. Additional experience includes tenure with Brookdale Senior Living, Inc., Elderlife Financial Services, Golden Living and Bethany Lutheran Homes, Inc. Throughout her career, Kymm has empowered her teams to succeed with her servant leadership approach. Kymm is a graduate of Luther College with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, and Michigan State University where she earned her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and Development.
