Meg Rego

Meg Rego is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong background in senior living and real estate. Currently serving as the Sales Director at Grace Management, Inc. since May 2024, Meg is focused on revitalizing community engagement and enhancing resident satisfaction at Palm Bay Memory Care. Concurrently, Meg has been a Realtor with Compass since September 2020. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Soccer Shots Brevard, where Meg managed local operations and developed relationships to expand outreach, and Sales Counselor at Grand Villa Senior Living, providing support for leasing and sales initiatives. With earlier experience in various sales and marketing positions, including a Director role at Sagora Senior Living and as a Marketing and Event Manager at River House Vineyard, Meg has consistently demonstrated expertise in cultivating relationships and driving business growth. Meg's educational background includes studies at Cape Cod Community College, building on a foundation established at Nauset Regional High School.
