Grace Medical Home
As we read daily of the growing healthcare crisis, Grace Medical Home wants to close the gap between those who enjoy quality medical care and those who do not. Currently, almost one in four in Central Florida lacks health insurance. The visionary leaders of Grace Medical Home sought to fill a void in our local healthcare system and developed a solution to remove the burden from the current healthcare community, including hospitals, ER’s and urgent clinics. Grace Medical Home will serve underserved residents, birth to age 65, of Central Florida who reside at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. The mission of Grace Medical Home is to reflect the character and compassion of Christ by offering the highest level of medical care to those in our community who need it most.
