Andy Surber, Ed.D. has extensive experience in the field of education. Andy currently serves as the Head of School at Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School since 2022. Prior to this, they owned and operated Snowy Plover Summer Camp, which offered academic day camps for children ages 4-11, starting in 2020. From 2013 to 2022, they held various roles at Laguna Blanca School, including Assistant Head of School and Head of Lower School. Before that, they were the Head of Lower School at Grace-St. Luke's Episcopal School from 2009 to 2013. Their career in education began at Phoenix Country Day School in 2000, where they held positions such as Head of Middle School, Assistant Head of Middle School, Technology Coordinator, and 3rd Grade Lead Teacher. Prior to that, they worked as a 3rd Grade Teacher and Coach at Dakota Unified School District from 1997 to 2000.
