Carmen Celina Navarro Virla is an experienced educator specializing in language instruction, with a focus on Spanish and English as a Second Language. Carmen's teaching career began while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from Universidad del Zulia, culminating in over a decade of experience in organizing courses, planning lessons, and fostering vibrant classroom environments for diverse age groups and language learners.
