Justin Kimbrell has a solid background in senior living and retirement communities. Justin served as the Chief Executive Officer at Grace Village Retirement Community starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Healthwin from November 2017 to July 2020. Before that, they held the position of Executive Director at Brookdale Senior Living from March 2012 to October 2017. Justin also served as the Executive Director at Riveridge Manor from February 2011 to March 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as an Assistant Administrator at Healthwin Specialized Care from October 2008 to February 2011.
Justin Kimbrell completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Grand Valley State University from 2003 to 2007. Grace Village, in the charming town of Winona Lake, is the only not-for-profit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Kosciusko County. Incorporated in 1974, Grace Village is dedicated to preserving the richness of life for seniors in a comfortable and secure Christian setting. Grace Village is affiliated with the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches and seeks to do all in the spirit of Jesus Christ. Seniors of all faiths are welcomed at Grace Village. About 350 people from all walks of life call Grace Village home. We have 58 condo style homes called “Robin Hood Homes”, 117 Independent Living Apartments that include studios, efficiencies and 1 to 2 bedroom apartments and our Licensed Assisted Living has 52 studios and suites. Our Health Care offers both intermediate and skilled nursing care and we also have a beautiful Rehabilitation Center with 12 private suites. Grace Village is situated on a beautiful 43 acre campus. The mission of Grace Village Retirement Community is to enable older adults to live to their fullest potential in the security of a Christian community.
