Maxim Tcherner

Maxim Tcherner is a seasoned private equity professional currently serving as a Principal at Fengate Asset Management since May 2024, leading the firm's healthcare private equity strategy. Tcherner also holds a board member position at GraceMed since October 2024, NVISION Eye Centers from March to April 2024, Arterra Wines Canada until April 2024, CSC ServiceWorks until April 2024, and TricorBraun from 2021 to 2022. Prior to these roles, Tcherner dedicated nearly a decade to the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where as Director of Private Equity, co-led the North American healthcare sector investments among other areas. Tcherner began their career as an Analyst at Credit Suisse from July 2011 to June 2014 and is a graduate of Ivey Business School at Western University, earning a degree in Honours Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance.
