Eric Montano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and program management. Currently serving as Program Director for Gracie Barra Association and Drug Testing Program Administrative Manager for Vision Technology Inc. since September 2020, Eric brings a wealth of expertise from previous roles, including Deputy at Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department and Security Assistant at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs. Eric's law enforcement career began in 1995 with the New Mexico State Police, culminating in positions at various agencies, including the Belen Police Department and Valencia County Sheriff's Office. Academically, Eric holds a Master of Business Administration in Law Enforcement and Corrections from the University of the Southwest and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University.
