Genia Sokoloff

Genia Sokoloff is an accomplished restaurant operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Gracious Hospitality Management since February 2024, Genia previously held the same title at The Butcher's Daughter from May 2020 to September 2023. Prior to that, Genia worked at STARR Restaurants in various capacities including General Manager and Opening Training Manager from March 2016 to March 2020, and held multiple General Manager roles from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Genia managed operations at Bold Food/Bobby Flay from 2014 to February 2016, and began a career in restaurant management as a Restaurant Manager at Telepan from 2006 to 2010.
