Jennifer Gill

Jennifer Gill, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Gracious Hospitality Management since September 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions in human resources at Casa Nela from February 2021 to September 2024, including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Coordinator. Jennifer's experience also includes working at HMG Plus, Inc. as Human Resources and Recruitment Manager, Recruiter, and Administrative Associate from September 2018 to August 2020. Jennifer Gill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2015 to 2018 and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Suffolk County Community College between 2012 and 2015.
