Ed Mckernan

Ed joined Graco in 2012 as its Chief Financial Officer, bringing to the Company over 30 years of financial management experience. Throughout his career, Ed has been heavily involved in corporate governance, capital management, finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and risk management. Ed has previously served as a member of several companies’ board of directors and in managing capacities of several global insurance organizations and financial services industry consulting firms, including having served as a CEO of a public Delaware holding company and its downstream life reinsurance company.
