Director Of Corporate Quality And A+ Service at Graco

Dan Mathews has a strong background in various roles, primarily in quality assurance and customer service. Dan started their career in 1995 at PwC as a Business Assurance Manager, where they audited various aspects of businesses. In 2003, they joined Graco as an Internal Audit Manager. After three years, they transitioned to the role of WW Product Marketing Manager, overseeing product marketing strategies until 2014. From 2014 until their most recent position, they served as the Customer Service Manager at Graco. Currently, they hold the title of Director of Corporate Quality and A+ Service at Graco.

Dan Mathews earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English, with minors in German and Business from Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota from 1981 to 1985. Dan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance and International Business, at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 1994 to 1998. Prior to their higher education, Dan spent a brief period at Tibble Gymnasium, where they pursued studies in skateboarding, art, English, Svenska, and living.
