Karen Gallivan has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Karen began their career as an Attorney at Rider Bennett, LLP in 1983. Karen then joined Novartis in 1983, where they served as General Counsel and Secretary until 1988. Following that, they held multiple positions at Novartis Consumer Health, including Interim Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of General Counsel and Secretary/Nutrition North America. In 1999, they joined Syngenta as Vice President of Human Resources and Communications/Seeds North America. In 2003, they joined Graco as Vice President of Human Resources and later became Vice President of General Counsel and Secretary. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Graco Inc.
Karen Gallivan holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Carleton College. Karen also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
