Kyle Liudahl serves as the Associate General Counsel for Graco since June 2017, providing strategic legal guidance for the Industrial Division, encompassing litigation, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and ethics. Prior to Graco, Kyle worked as an Intellectual Property & Technology Attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright, focusing on patent litigation and prosecution. Additional experience includes serving as a Registered Patent Attorney at Stoneman Law Patent Group, a Patent Examiner at the USPTO, and an intern at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Kyle holds advanced degrees in law and strategic studies from notable institutions, including a Master of Laws from The George Washington University Law School and a Master of Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, alongside a JD and a Master in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from South Dakota State University.
