Matt Henry

Matt Henry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at Graco since November 2013, Matt is responsible for developing and executing product training programs for the Industrial Lubrication and Petroleum Management units within Graco's Lubrication Equipment Division. Previously, Matt held various academic leadership roles, including Dean of Education at Anthem Education Group, overseeing multiple health care programs, and served as an instructor at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs. Additional experience includes roles in program evaluation, curriculum development, and policy analysis within educational and environmental contexts. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, and Environmental Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Spanish from Concordia College.
