Tammy Wierenga

Tammy Wierenga, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Site Manager at Graco since October 2016, where responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and participation in safety and emergency response efforts. Prior to Graco, Tammy held various HR roles at Raven Industries from 2001 to 2016, including Human Resources Manager, overseeing compensation, HRIS administration, and compliance, as well as managing employee relations for international employees. Additional experience includes positions at Marquette Bank and Gateway, where Tammy handled recruitment, employee orientation, and benefits administration. Tammy holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor of Business Administration from National American University.
