Teena Koshy is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, specifically in the refrigeration industry. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at GRADE Refrigeration since June 2018, Teena is responsible for global procurement for EPCC contracts, overseeing all supply chain phases from design to delivery while ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Previous roles include Head of Purchase & Logistics at Winter Air Conditioning & Refrigeration LLC, where responsibilities encompassed procurement and logistics of raw materials and equipment, and Purchase & Logistics at Bin Ham Electro Mechanical Ent. Co. L.L.C, focusing on sourcing materials from various markets. Teena has also held a position as SCADA Engineer and Administrator, managing project operations and reporting. Educational credentials include multiple certifications from IPSCMI in International Procurement and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University.
