Michelle Thomas

Michelle Thomas serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at TCC Solutions since September 2015, where expertise is provided in developing early childhood data systems for state and local governments, with regular engagement with clients to ensure system alignment with their needs. Prior to TCC Solutions, Michelle worked as a TA Consultant for the Race to the Top, Early Learning Challenge Program at ICF International from 2010 to 2015, and held the position of Deputy Chief at the National Association of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies from 2009 to 2010. Michelle's earlier career includes serving as Director at the State of Indiana's Bureau of Child Care from 2001 to 2009. Educational qualifications encompass a Graduate Level Certification in Applied Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer and Family Sciences from Purdue University, along with a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis.
