Alexis Nelson

Alexis Nelson began their career in 2018 as a Technical Support Specialist Intern at Vanguard. Alexis then moved to GradGuard - College Life Protected in 2019 where they held the roles of Membership Compliance Specialist, Membership Experience Manager, and Membership Specialist.

Alexis Nelson attended Grand Canyon University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies. Alexis has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers (May 2020), Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers (May 2020), and Being an Effective Team Member (April 2020).
