Jeff Hitchens

Jeff Hitchens has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Jeff began their career in 1989 as Manager of Actuarial Services at Prudential Insurance. In 1997, they moved to MBNA America as First Vice-President. In 2006, they became Product Manager at AIG Direct. In 2007, they were Operations Manager and Director of Home Loans at Credit One Financial Solutions. In 2009, they were Senior Director at Sallie Mae. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at GradGuard - College Life Protected.

Jeff Hitchens completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance with an Economics Minor at the University of Delaware in 1989. Jeff then went on to obtain their Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University.
