Dickson Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dickson started their career as a Process Engineer at Shanghai Environmental Engineering Design Institution in 1999. Later, they worked as a Project Engineer at Nanyang Technological University, where they led a food waste bioconversion project. After that, they joined GRD Asia LTD as a Sales & Marketing Engineer, where they promoted various technologies and managed waste treatment projects in different countries. Dickson then moved on to Keppel Integrated Engineering Limited as a Business Development Manager, responsible for driving business growth. Continuing their career progression, they joined Abengoa as the Country Manager for China, leading sustainable energy and environment projects. Dickson eventually became the Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Abengoa. Following that, they joined Fosun Group as a Managing Director, handling investments globally. Most recently, Dickson Zhang has taken the position of Vice President of Business Development & Acquisitions at Gradiant.
Dickson Zhang has a diverse education history. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Tongji University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science and Technology. Dickson then went on to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of Strathclyde Business School, where they completed an MBA degree.
