Aldo Gargiulo has a diverse work experience in various roles within the industrial compressors and equipment industry. Aldo started their career at Atlas Copco AB in Sweden in 2000 as a Systems Responsible in Group Accounting. Aldo then moved on to Puska Pneumatic in Spain, where they worked as a Business Controller and later as the General Manager. In 2007, they joined Atlas Copco Airpower as the Vice President of Business Control for the Portable Energy Division. Aldo Gargiulo's most recent role was as the Vice President of Acquisitions & Business Development Equipment for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique. There, they led global product development and manufacturing, focusing on sustainable productivity in industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, and process industries. Aldo Gargiulo's expertise lies in business control, acquisitions, and business development within the compressor and equipment industry.

Aldo Gargiulo completed the TIO International Executive Program in Leadership at Stockholm School of Economics IFL Executive Education in 2012. In 2006, they had a brief educational experience at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Aldo also attended Hogeschool Antwerpen from 1990 to 1992, where they studied Handelswetenschappen. Earlier, from 1988 to 1990, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fiscaliteit from Karel de Grote Hogeschool Antwerpen.
