Joe Laurendi

Joe Laurendi is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Gradient since October 2024, Joe previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at OneSignal from February 2022 to October 2024, where expertise in push notifications and messaging platforms was developed. As CTO and Co-Founder at Bright Cellars from October 2013 to August 2021, Joe successfully scaled the company to over 100 employees and achieved eight-digit annual revenue by building an engineering team of 15.
