Alain Boutros

Alain Boutros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and sales optimization. Currently serving as a Commercial Strategy Advisor at Gradient Ascent AI since January 2020, Alain previously held key roles at Forma.ai, including VP of Strategic Partnerships and VP of Revenue Optimization from January 2022 to December 2023. Alain's leadership experience includes a tenure as Sr. Director of Sales at Lighthouse Labs, where oversight of B2B sales strategies and operations was essential. Prior to that, Alain was an Engagement Manager at ZS, contributing to business development and sales initiatives. Early career roles included co-founding and serving as COO of Careerify, as well as various consulting and engineering positions. Alain earned a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo, complemented by a minor in Economics.
