Santiago Alinovi is a Junior Strategist and Project Manager at GRADIENT since September 2022, with prior experience as an intern. At the LSESU Sports Business Group from August 2021 to July 2022, Santiago served as Events Officer, focusing on the planning, organization, and execution of sports business events, including research for candidate suitability and speaker outreach. An intern at Farmshine in June to August 2021, Santiago collaborated with the app creator and project founders to establish a visualization process for new applicants. Santiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in June 2022, and a High School Diploma from West London Free School, awarded in August 2019.
