Anderson then joined Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. as a Professional Engineer and LEED AP from 2006 to 2012. Stephanie later became a Partner at Ward, Getz & Associates, LLP from 2012 to 2013 before starting their own company, WGAnderson, LLC. Stephanie served as President of WGAnderson from 2013 to 2017 and now holds the same position at Gradient Group, LLC, which they joined in 2013.
