Rachel Bond

Rachel Bond, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Major Accounts at Gradient Health, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Rachel was the Director of Strategic Sales and Business Development for Healthcare and Life Sciences at Sirion from October 2023 to September 2025. Rachel's expertise in healthcare technology sales was further demonstrated in roles at Salesforce as Strategic Enterprise Account Director and at Boston Scientific as Enterprise Account Manager and Technical Consultant. Rachel also gained experience as an Enterprise Account Manager at Abbott, significantly increasing utilization growth, and began the career as an Account Manager at HCA Healthcare. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications from Baylor University and an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
