Dimitri Masin

Dimitri Masin has a diverse work history that spans multiple industries. Dimitri is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Gradient Labs AI since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Monzo Bank, where they held various roles. Dimitri was the VP of Data Science, Financial Crime, and Fraud from February 2022 to June 2023, and prior to that, they served as the VP of Data from December 2018 to January 2022. Dimitri also held the position of Head of Analytics and Data from May 2016 to December 2018 at Monzo Bank. Dimitri previously worked at Osper as the Analytics and Data Lead from April 2015 to April 2016, where they focused on building their Analytics and Data function. Dimitri has also gained experience at Google, where they worked as a Sales Finance Analyst in both Partnerships and Advertising from March 2012 to April 2015. Additionally, Dimitri interned at Google as an Online Media Associate in the summer of 2011. Dimitri began their professional journey as an M&A Intern at UBS Investment Bank from November 2010 to January 2011. Dimitri also has experience as a Tutor for Mathematics at the University of Muenster, Germany from October 2007 to March 2010. Dimitri started their career as a Consulting Intern at HPP, Strategy and Marketing Consulting from July 2008 to November 2008.

Dimitri Masin obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Münster between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, in 2010, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of Sydney, where they studied International Business Management.
