Dhanush Kumar Shankar

Dhanush Kumar Shankar is a seasoned software engineer specializing in machine learning, currently employed at Gradient Works since May 2024. Prior to this, Dhanush served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, assisting in MLOps course development. Dhanush has extensive experience at Standard Chartered Bank as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where key achievements included developing high-accuracy NLP and LSTM models, improving automation in document analysis, and architecting scalable machine learning solutions. Dhanush began their career at Accenture as an Associate Software Engineer, focusing on data acquisition optimization and customer behavior analysis. Dhanush holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University, a Post Graduate Program in Data Science from Great Lakes Institute of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering.
