Raechel Tan

Raechel Tan is a Senior Manager of Firmware and Systems Engineering at Gradient, where Raechel builds and leads a multidisciplinary team developing high-efficiency, low-carbon heat pumps. With previous experience at Applied Materials, Raechel has expertise in controls engineering and managing teams to deliver advanced control solutions on various projects. Raechel holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and has a background in designing and fabricating formula-style race cars as a Team Leader for UC Berkeley Formula SAE.
