Chris Dudley has a diverse work experience across various roles and industries. Chris is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at Gradle Inc., where they lead the customer success team for a tech company trusted by major organizations like Google, Netflix, and Microsoft. Prior to their current role, Chris served as the Director of Customer Success at Gradle Inc. Chris has also worked as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at the company.
Before joining Gradle Inc., Chris founded CareerCalls.org, an education nonprofit that connects students and early career professionals with experienced individuals in their desired fields. Chris also founded MailFly Inc., a SaaS platform for personalized mail automation.
Chris has managerial experience as the Manager of Customer Success & Inside Sales at Distelli, a software deployment automation startup, and as the Growth/Onboarding Lead for the Surfing section of Stohke's social media platform.
In the early stages of their career, Chris worked as part of the sales team at AeroFS, testing and developing sales strategies. Chris also worked as a Business English Instructor at Elysées Langues, where they taught English to business executives in Paris.

Chris Dudley graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, where they double majored in International Business and Finance and also obtained a minor in French.
