Todd Erdy

Todd Erdy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Minority Owner and VP of Customer Success at GradLeaders, formerly known as MBA Focus, since November 2011, Todd has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing client relationships and driving corporate growth. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member for PBJ Connections, Executive Vice President at Suburban/The Crane Group, Vice President at The Staubach Company, General Manager at DirecTV Broadband, and Regional Director at Sprint. Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Ohio University, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
