At Grado Design, we create elegant steel staircases where timeless design meets Finnish craftsmanship. Founded in 2010 by product development engineer Lauri Kristo, our company blends technical expertise with a deep respect for sustainable and responsible design practices.

All our stairs are crafted in-house at our workshop in Pirkkala, near Tampere, Finland — allowing us to ensure the highest quality, traceability, and care in every detail. We believe in long-lasting materials, considered aesthetics, and locally made solutions that stand the test of time.

Grado staircases are more than just a way to move between floors — they are architectural statements built with integrity and soul.
