Aditya Singh Rathour

Aditya Singh Rathour is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Performance Marketing Manager at GradRight Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Aditya held positions at GroupM, progressing from Global Performance Executive to Senior Global Performance Executive from February 2023 to January 2025. In July 2022, Aditya worked as an Associate Consultant during a mentorship at Imperial Consulting Group, where responsibilities included data analysis of social media metrics and newsletter A/B testing for a Chicago-based non-profit organization. Additionally, Aditya contributed to a Strategic Marketing Consulting Project at Imperial College Business School, developing a Go-To-Market strategy for Redkite’s academy program through market research and stakeholder interviews. Aditya holds a Master of Science in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London.
